TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By booking with DJ Limo Service LLC, you agree to the following terms.

BOOKING & PAYMENT
A valid credit card is required to reserve. Your card will not be charged until a representative confirms your reservation details by phone or email. A 50% deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the start of service. Online reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance; for shorter notice, please call (617) 304-6665.

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancelled before the service date: 50% charge
- Cancelled within 24 hours of service: 100% charge
- Early termination of service: no refund
We are not responsible for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (flight cancellations, venue closures, government restrictions, etc.).

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Meet your driver at the designated pickup area for your vehicle type. For residential or business pickups, the first 10 minutes of wait time are free. For airport pickups, the first 30 minutes are free for domestic flights and the first hour is free for international flights. Additional wait time is billed hourly. We monitor flight status at no charge but are not responsible for delays or early arrivals — please allow time for customs and baggage claim. Don't leave the airport without calling our office first, to avoid a no-show fee. A $25 surcharge applies to pickups between 11:00 PM–5:00 AM. Extra stops are subject to additional charges based on distance and vehicle type.

STOPS & ROUTE CHANGES
All stops must be arranged in advance. Changes to duration, destination, or passenger count may result in additional charges. Pricing is based on the original itinerary; please call our office to adjust.

VEHICLE POLICIES
- Strictly non-smoking, all vehicles
- No food or alcohol for passengers under 21
- Maximum capacity is set by law and cannot be exceeded
- Client is responsible for damage to the vehicle (cleaning fees, cigarette burns, broken glass, etc.)

LIABILITY
DJ Limo Service LLC is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability, if any, will not exceed the total fare paid for the trip. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.

RATES
Rates are subject to change and may vary for holidays, special events, and long-distance trips. Garage-to-garage pricing applies; tolls and parking are the client's responsibility.
